The DeSoto Girls Middle School Varsity Volleyball team sailed past the Sebring blue streaks in the semi finals tonight 25 to 19, 25 to 9. 2 JV players were pulled up to varsity for our final week. Samari Hoskins and Lily Sorrells joined right in and became a helpful part of our team. What started out as a rough little patch we were able to pull through and secure a spot in the championship game to be held on Thursday 3/7 6pm. *The team will await the 2nd match of the semi finals to find out who we play- either Hardee or Lake placid. The DMS Bulldogs have beaten both teams previously– and with one more win the team would give the DMS Varsity team a 14-0 record for the 2024 season. Go Bulldogs!
