Parent/Student Agreements
In order for your student to receive a network account or be loaned a device, an agreement must be on file. All agreements are being handled digitally for the 2024-2025 School Year.
To complete the agreement, you will need your student's Student ID (also called Lunch ID) and your Student's Last Name.
Device Coverage
The District will offer the option for parents/guardians to pay a twenty ($20.00) dollar technology fee to cover one incident of accidental damage to the PTD each school year. This fee must be paid prior to the end of the second week of the school year beginning. The second full week of the student enrollment will be used for students who enroll after the first day of school. This technology fee will not cover any intentional damage.
If a student has elected not to pay the optional technology fee ($20) or has lost their PTD, or power cord, some common replacement or repair costs are as follows:
Chromebook Replacement $315
Screen Replacement $50
Keyboard/Palm Rest Replacement $50
Top/Lid Replacement $35
OEM Power Cord Replacement $25
Screen Bezel Replacement $25
Every effort will be made to ensure only necessary replacement parts are performed and that a total replacement will only be elected if it is less costly or the only viable option.
