1.  How do I submit a Help Desk ticket?

You can submit a help desk ticket by clicking on the Help Desk Icon located on your desktop.  Be sure to use the "Request Type" fields to select what type of problem you're having.  The better description you can give us of what you issue is, the better we'll be able to assist!

 

 

2.  What to do if flash drive fell in water?

Place in a bowl of uncooked rice for 24 hours.

 

Try to dry off the flash drive the best that you can. After you dry off the flash drive place it in a bowl of uncooked rice for 24 hours. The rice will absorb the moister and you should be able to use the flash drive again.

1.  How do I copy and paste?

Hit CTRL + C to copy and CTRL + V to paste.

 

On your keyboard you can hit the ctrl button and C button at the same time and it will copy the text.

If you would like to paste what you just copied, just simply press the ctrl button and V button at the same time.

You can also copy and paste by right clicking your mouse and choose which feature you would like.

 

 

2.  How do I take a screen shot?

Press Alt+Print Screen Buttons

 

To take a screen shot you need to press the Alt+PrintScreen buttons at the same time. To paste the screen shot press Ctrl+V button in Word or Paint.
