In order to properly prepare for G.E.D.Testing,

we feel it is imperative that you first attend classes

to help get you prepare for the GED.

Fall and Winter 2008

 GED Testing Schedule:

Every month, each GED candidate must pre-register for the test.  Call 993-1333

 for GED pre-testing and registration times. 

Registration Deadline GED Testing Date Time
August 20, 2008 August 25 & 26, 2008 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
September 10, 2008 September 15 & 16, 2008 4:00 p.m. - 8:30p.m.
October 8, 2008 October 13 & 14, 2008 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
November 12, 2008 November 17 & 18, 2008 4:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
December 10, 2008 December 15 & 16, 2008 8:00 a.m.
January 7, 2009 January 12 & 13, 2009  8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

~ YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO TAKE THE GED* ~

If you have a disability that would hinder you from taking the GED under normal testing conditions, you may be eligible to receive testing accommodations.  These accommodations must be documented by a professional and approved prior to testing.  This process may take up to 8 weeks, so please contact us if you are requesting special accommodations prior to GED registration.

.*Through the extreme generosity of United Way and the DeSoto County Education Foundation, all students who have attended class for a minimum of 12 hours are fee exempt for the GED!  All classes are FREE and the testing can be FREE also...take advantage of this great opportunity...
