1. Log on to your internet service

2. Click the following link: www.desotoschools.com/piv

3. Choose your child's school from the drop down box.

4. Enter the student’s ID number and PIN code (date of birth, using this format: August 2, 1984 = 080284).

5. Click on “REQUEST REPORT”

6. Your child’s grades and attendance should be displayed in this window.

 

Telephone Call In

By Phone:

1. Dial into the system at 494-1933  

2. Press 2 to select DeSoto Middle School, followed by 1 to log in as a student.

3. Enter the student’s ID number, then a 1 for verification.

4. Enter the student’s PIN number (date of birth, using this format: August 2, 1984 = 080284), then a 1 for verification .

5. Follow the voice prompts for specific reports.

6. Hang up when the report has concluded.
