FCAT Testing Dates FCAT Reading (SSS)*, Grades 9 & 10 -- Tuesday, March 2
FCAT Math (SSS)*, Grades 9 & 10 -- Wednesday, March 3
*Juniors and seniors who have not passed the reading and/or math portion of the FCAT will have to take this test. Please review the spring FCAT testing calendar above. As you can see, our state testing is "right around the corner," and it takes every person to make our testing program run smoothly. Please note these dates and plan to be here on these days if at all possible. Please note that we will not be giving exams this year for session three due to the conflict with FCAT dates. Unit tests may be given a few days prior to FCAT in Grades 9 and 10, and teachers with classes that have only juniors and seniors may give these unit tests up until FCAT testing begins. FCAT test scheduling will probably prevent any planned unit testing during FCAT dates. Guidance will prepare the Testing Bulletin and provide that to you in the near future.We always have great participation by staff and I do appreciate it. Thank you, Mr. Cantees |
