The Purchasing Department for the DeSoto County School Board has subscribed to a self-maintained vendor registration and solicitation/quote notification system called Public Purchase™. A Brochure entitled “How To Do Business With The District” and a  “Vendor Registration Instructions” document are provided below.

There is no charge to view, download/submit responses to any posted solicitation or quote on this website but you must register to open the site.

When registering, we recommend the following suggestions:

    • Using a generic company email or one accessible by more than one person.
    • Adding at least one additional contact person to receive solicitation/quote notifications. Each email address must be unique.

Remember, this system is self-maintained. If your email address or any other information changes in your company profile, it will be your responsibility to keep the information current by logging in and updating it on-line.
