In July 2014, the DeSoto County School District implemented our new student information system called Skyward. The Information Services Department provides technical assistance and training to schools on all phases of Skyward which includes:

Demographics
Scheduling
Attendance
Grades
Transcripts
FTE - Full-Time Equivalent student calculation
FASTER - Florida Automated System for Transferring Education Records
Discipline
Word Processing and Report
Educator Access (Gradebook)
Parent and Student Portal

Skyward Academy

Skyward Academy is made up of complimentary Just in Time Courses and Full Training Courses to assist in Skyward training of all staff. Users must use their Skyward credentials to register.
