Superintendent Adrian H. Cline presented Edward DeVine with his retirement plaque for six years of service to the School District of DeSoto. Mr. DeVine devoted his time to improving the achievement of English for Speakers of Other Languages at Memorial Elementary School. He worked to provide all of his students with the best possible experience for learning and growth.
