APD's New Online Resource Directory for people with Developmental Disabilities

The Agency for Persons with Disabilities has been working diligently on constructing a New Online Resource Directory for the State of Florida. The resources found in the directory consist of local, state and national resources to help people (and their families), with developmental disabilities, find programs to better assist them in their everyday lives.  APD is proud to announce that we have launched the new and improved resource directory.  With over 6,000 resources, zip code search functionality, local directions and maps, as well as interactive tools for users to communicate with APD, we truly feel this directory will be a great tool for families to locate resources in their community.

With the new school year ahead of us, we encourage you to share this directory with your ESE teachers, facility, students, and families.  In addition, if you would like flyers about the directory to hand out throughout your schools, please send me the applicable mailing address.

If you have any comments, concerns or questions, please email or
