Notice of Unsolicited Proposal: "P3", as outlined in Section 255.065
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the DeSoto County School Board (School Board), has received an unsolicited proposal, “P3”, as outlined in Section 255.065, Florida Statutes. The purpose of this competitive selection process is to select a professional services provider to build a High School & Remodel and Renovation of Continuum Campus Facilities. The School Board will accept other proposals from Qualified Entities for the same project on or before May 9, 2024. All submittals are due by 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 9, 2024 to the Business Services Department, 530 La Salona Avenue, Arcadia, FL 34266. Proposals submitted to the School Board in response to this public notification will be considered and a decision on the selection/ranking of the unsolicited proposal and the qualified proposals will be made by a Selection Committee designated by the Superintendent. Bids must be clearly marked “High School Build & Remodel and Renovation of Continuum Campus Facilities – RFP ”. The DeSoto County School Board, Florida reserves the right to waive any or all informalities in the selection process and to reject any, or all submittals.
